SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the Thermara Brands LLC text messaging program.

  1. Program Description

    The Thermara Brands LLC SMS program provides communications about permanent lighting inquiries and services to people who expressly opt in. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

  2. Opt-In Consent

    You may opt in through a clear written method provided by Thermara Brands LLC. By opting in, you authorize Thermara Brands LLC to send recurring automated or non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number.

  3. Message Frequency

    Message frequency varies according to your inquiry, appointments, project, and promotional preferences, up to 10 messages per month. We generally send messages between 8AM and 8PM in your local time zone.

  4. Message and Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send us. Your wireless carrier's rates and terms govern. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

  5. How to Opt Out

    Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We will send one final message confirming your unsubscribe request, then no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request removal by emailing Help@thermarabrandsllc.com or calling (913) 439-6468.

  6. How to Get Help

    Reply HELP for assistance, email Help@thermarabrandsllc.com, or call (913) 439-6468 during regular business hours. We can answer questions about the program or your communication preferences.

  7. Supported Carriers

    The program is available through AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and many regional and other participating carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  8. Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and retain information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Mobile information and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  9. Content of Messages

    Messages may include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, installation and service updates, occasional promotional offers, and seasonal programming reminders. We do not send promotional content without the applicable consent.

  10. Age Requirement

    You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thermara Brands LLC is not liable for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages; service interruptions; device or carrier incompatibility; or indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages relating to the SMS program.

  12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes in the program, law, or industry guidance. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
